  • 1 tbs white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tangerines juiced
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 Thai chili pepper seeded and finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tbs minced shallot
  • freshly ground pepper as desired.


  • Combine greens in a large salad bowl and add remaining ingredients, toss lightly.
  • Mix dressing ingredients, stirring well.
  • Slowly drizzle dressing over salad mix lightly.
  • Leave a ½ the mixture, Place leftover mixture on the table for those desiring more.


Note: The shrimp is optional, and if you are not a pepper lover, it is fine to go with ½ of that Thai chili pepper finely diced.
